Among the sample group of users belonging to this age demographic, we discovered that over half of our interviewees feel frustrated by disagreements over what to do when traveling together, and often handle disagreements by letting someone else take charge and make the decisions. More often than not, this was cited to have made the overall experience less satisfying.
These were the Key insights from our research validation interviews:
